Welcome to Veesix Networks Ltd ("veesix ::networks"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our products and services. By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.
Note: These Terms of Service apply exclusively to our products and services purchased by individual consumers or businesses, excluding professional services and consultancy. Professional services and consultancy are covered under a separate policy, which would typically be sent via Email separately or in writing when requested. Professional services / consultancy is not covered in any general policies listed on the website, these only cover hosting services provided by Veesix Networks Ltd.
Definitions
- Condition headings do not affect the interpretation of these conditions.
- References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Veesix Networks Ltd, registered in England (company registration number 15450125).
- Any words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- A reference to a particular law is a reference to it as it is currently in force, taking into account any amendments, extensions, applications, or re-enactments, and includes any subordinate legislation currently in force made under it.
- The terms "you" and "your" refer to any individual, company, or business to whom we provide our Services as specified in the online customer order form, including a person reasonably appearing to act with your authority.
- In these conditions, the following words and expressions have the
following meanings:
- Hosting: The making available of your Domain Name on the Internet.
- Gigabyte: 1,073,741,824 bytes or characters of information.
- Commencement Date: The date of our acceptance of your order as notified to you under our account activation notice.
- Domain Names: Internet addresses registered with central registration authorities on your behalf.
- Web Site: The area on our system allocated to you under this Contract.
- Renewal Date: The day following the end of the first billing period specified in the online customer order form, and each subsequent billing period.
- Upload: To transfer computer files to our system for publication on the Internet or WWW.
- WWW: The World Wide Web service available on the Internet.
- Megabyte: 1,048,576 bytes or characters of information.
- Internet: The network of interconnected e-communications and computer systems connected by internet protocol numbers.
- Contract: Any contract between us and you for the supply of Services incorporating these conditions.
- Services: The internet services to be provided by us as specified in the online customer order form, including any additional services we provide or agree to provide.
1. Services and Products
Veesix Networks Ltd provides a range of products and services including but not limited to VPS hosting, server solutions, and internet transit services. These Terms apply to all purchases and use of these products and services. Professional services and consultancy are covered by a separate policy which can be found on our website.
2. Account and Billing
To use our products and services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. All billing will be processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your account.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for our products and services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.
4. Service Availability and Maintenance
While we strive to provide continuous availability of our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary outages. We will notify you of any planned maintenance that may affect service availability.
5. Usage Policy
You agree to use our products and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal activities, abuse of resources, and unauthorized access to networks or systems. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Phishing or other deceptive practices
- Sending spam or unsolicited emails
- Downloading, uploading, or distributing illegal content
- Engaging in illegal activities such as hacking, distributing malware, or other forms of cybercrime
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
Violations may result in suspension or termination of services. Veesix Networks Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we suspect you are engaging in any prohibited activities or otherwise violating these Terms.
6. Unintentional Violations
If we identify that your service or account is being used in violation of the law without your knowledge, such as through unauthorized access or compromise by third parties, we will inform you promptly. You will be required to take immediate action to address the issue. Failure to resolve the matter may result in the suspension or termination of your service or subscription.
If it is determined that you have repeatedly violated the terms of your service or subscription, we reserve the right to terminate your services and account immediately without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veesix Networks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question.
8. Termination
You or Veesix Networks Ltd may terminate the use of our products or services at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your service which was terminated, and potentially your account, any data associated with it may be deleted. We will provide a refund for unused periods if applicable and at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services.
