Subscriber and network device authentication

RADIUS is a core protocol in subscriber authentication and authorization. Whether you are a WISP or a FTTH/FTTP ISP, this protocol is key for subscriber insights and enhancing your billing experience. When a subscriber attempts to connect to the network, you need to provide services to that user whether it be a specific speed package or to return a specific static IP address, we have a in-house dashboard and API solution which provides easier integration with your external OSS/BSS and to standarize a framework around managing your subscribers and network devices.

We also include an optional TACACS+ module for free if you want to use our hosted solution with your network devices for more granular control over groups and commands. While we mainly specialize in subscriber authentication and authorization, our RADIUS solution also works for enterprise VPN and Wifi access.

Our hosted RADIUS solution is hosted in AWS so options are available for Direct Connect peering or wireguard tunnels to route RADIUS traffic privately.

CGNAT event correlation

If you have an existing CGNAT solution or are looking at CGNAT, you'll find that maintaining NAT tables and tracking the session state can be a bespoke solution due to how various vendors export data or expose this data. We've built a solution for multiple ISPs to provide common ingest plugins to collect, transform and correlate this data.

A lot of vendor solutions typically only provide the ability to keep a certain amount of days of logs when performing a 1:1 export of NAT sessions before storage becomes a problem. Our solution has proven to be cost-efficient and scalable to keep hundreds of thousands of TBs without slowing down the API and correlation process.
